August 29, 2013: I presented a paper at the annual meeting of the American Political Science Association entitled “Regional Organization, the Use of Inter-Local Agreements and the Dynamics of Inter-Municipal Cooperation.” At the meeting, I was also given the Norton Long Young Scholar Award by the Urban Politics section.
